Returns, Payment and Shipping Information:

 

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Pawfect Pet Collars by Jackie. In most cases if a product fails to meet your expectations, you can return it to us in its original and unused condition within 15 days for either an exchange or refund. Certain items such as most custom items cannot be returned. If you have a question about a product’s return policy please contact us.

If you would like to exchange or return an item,contact us first.  we will respond with the information needed for you to ship the unused item with its original packaging.

There is a 10% restocking fee for exchanges and returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable . If an item qualifies for free shipping, there will be a $3.00 shipping charge that is also not refundable. Again, please keep in mind that many of our products are ONLY exchangeable/returnable if your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered. Most of our products are made to order and we cannot accept returns/exchanges, due to customer sizing incorrectly. PLEASE read through the description page for sizing instructions and individual return policies. When in doubt, contact us. Personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable. Apparel, beds and carriers are also not exchangeable or returnable due to health concerns. 
We'll say it again. PLEASE read the description and sizing information. Do not guess your dogs size or go by an existing collar or clothing item. All manufacturers size differently so measuring your dog according to our charts is very important! 
Remember, we are here to help. Just send us an email or give us a call and we can help you with sizing.

When returning a product we recommend using the US Postal Service. They have tracking ability and this will help with any issues that may arise. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to exchanging or returning an item. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items.

For aproduct to qualify for a refund, all products must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, and accessories. We encourage you to measure your pet accurately as possible as we cannot exchange or return any products that have been used.
Because many of our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that are ordered by the customer, in the wrong size. It is very important that you measure correctly, using the guidelines found on the product pages. Our contact info is on each and every one of our pages. Please, if you need help with sizing, contact us. We will respond quickly.

Defective Products:
If a product is defective when you first receive it, please contact us immediately and we will replace the product at no extra charge for you.

Holiday Products: 
Holiday and Seasonal products are non-returnable. In some cases they may be exchanged for size issues.
Please contact us   if you have any questions.

Clearance Items:
Items in our clearance section are not returnable.
Sorry, the only exception is if the mistake is on our part. Ex. If we send you the wrong size or color. No other exceptions apply. These are final sale!

We strive to provide great customer service and we wish we could accept all exchanges and returns without any questions or limitations, but this is simply not possible. We thank you in advance for honoring these policies, so that we can continue to offer you a large selection of quality products at reasonable prices.


 Shipping and Payments

We currently accept payments through Paypal. You do not have to create a Paypal account to use this service. And, you can pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Amex, as well as Personal Checks.

The majority of our merchandise is shipped via the USPS. Either 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. We sometimes ship via UPS.  Shipping methods should be listed right on the item page.

Items marked $.99 Shipping or Free Shipping are sent via First Class Mail. If you would prefer Priority Mail, please contact us.

Some items are shipped directly from our manufacturers.
